Through the optimization of structure and materials, the weight of the harmonic reducer is greatly reduced while maintaining the original performance parameters. After being used on industrial robots, it can withstand faster speeds and larger loads.



The LHS-IV/LHSG-IV series flex spline is a hollow-flanged standard barrel structure. The wave generator cam has its own input shaft. The reducer is designed with a supporting bearing. The fully sealed structure is easy to install. It is very suitable for the input. It is used when installing bevel gear or synchronous belt transmission.

The LHSG-IV series is a high-torque model with the same structure, connection mode, input and output mode as the LHS-I series reducer, but the torque carrying capacity is 30% higher than that of the LHS series.



The flex spline of the LCD series has an ultra-thin cup-shaped structure. The entire machine is designed with an ultra-flat structure, small in size and light in weight, and is very suitable for use as a robot end joint and a reducer for the client.



The LCS-I/LCSG-I series flex spline is a cup-shaped standard cylinder structure, and the input shaft is directly matched with the inner hole of the wave generator and connected by a flat key. Generally, the rigid wheel end is fixed and the flexible wheel end is output.

LCSG-II series is a high-torque model. Its structure, link mode, input and output mode are the same as LHS-I series reducers, but the torque carrying capacity is 30% higher than LCS series.



The flexible wheel of the LHD series harmonic reducer has an ultra-thin hollow flanging structure, and the design of the whole machine has reached the limit of flatness, which is very suitable for use in occasions with strict thickness requirements for the reducer.
